Job Description

You join the AEW legal team as a Senior Funding Lawyer. On a daily basis, your missions are to:

1. Analyze investments in corporate private debt and real assets, particularly infra debt in Paris and Asia, write notes for each transaction intended for the investment committee and review the commitment letters as well as the minutes of the committee’s meetings;
2. Negotiate and review primary syndication funding documents as well as draft or review service contracts related to private debt activity, such as contracts concluded with NIM affiliates;
3. Analyze requests for waivers or amendments received from borrowers as part of the requests submitted by the managers of the private debt activity;
4. Manage refinancing on existing transactions;
5. Review or draft confidentiality agreements (NDAs);
6. Manage the work-out files (preventive or collective procedures) related to a borrower, one of its affiliates, or one of its shareholders.
