Description du poste

We are looking for a Provision of assistantship work for one of our clients with the following details:

Start Date: 1 Jul 2025

Contract Duration: More than 6 months

Location: Paris-La Défense, France

Activities:

  • Ensure the administration of the D-Lorean staff (leave/absence, schedules, team delegations of authority, small purchases, people movements, IT access, management of external access, etc.)
  • Help with the organization of certain appointments, meetings, workshops and travel (mission orders, visa requests and expense reports, hotel reservations, transport, restaurants, meeting rooms, etc.).
  • Manage the Project manager's agenda (Finance & Procurement, MDM, IT).
  • Key user for Project's Sharepoint and WAT spaces, Treck+, Ideal, Upgrader Lift for the entity.
  • Manage arrivals/departures of employees, service providers and temporary workers in partnership with the Onboarding and Mobility services.
  • Organize newcomers onboarding procedure and help on their onboarding
  • Ensure safety at work and quality of live: Be a source of proposals / organize convivial moments,
  • Organize events such as team buildings, seminars, job fairs, Action program initiatives, etc.
  • Ensure good circulation of information within the Project (Pau, Paris) and encourage team members to share information. Support Team members in the use of collaborative tools.
  • Coordinate workshops, strategic alignments and budget follow up.
