Stellantis Poissy unit seeks a Project Quality Manager - PRS System (PQM) to define and execute the quality strategy across the propulsion system project lifecycle. You will ensure alignment with quality standards, manage risks, and drive continuous improvement in collaboration with design, manufacturing and suppliers.

In this role you will lead the planning, tracking and verification of quality targets, capture lessons learned, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure milestone

Responsabilités

• Define and implement the quality plan across the program lifecycle.
• Lead quality convergence using established processes from early phase to six months post-SOP.
• Draft quality objectives plans for the propulsion system project, including targets and risks.
• Document design outcomes with Design Assessment and milestone quality sections.
• Capture lessons learned; alert on deviations and drive corrective actions.
• Act as final approver for deliverable acceptance checklists when required.
• Support industrialization quality assessment with QUAL and Industrial Quality teams.
• Support milestone reviews and validate maturity status.
• Coordinate with core team, project teams, quality, plants, JV teams, and suppliers.
• Manage issues with root-cause analysis and action plans.
• Synthesize APQP PAPP at system level.
• Drive quality convergence of batch method with industrial team.
• Ensure quality targets for upcoming secondary launches are met.
• Ensure compliance with mandatory rules and manage deviations (IAA).
• Initiate FEW establishment; PQM may lead PRS FEW.
• Provide comprehensive monthly quality reporting.
