Job summary

The Exploration Company in France is seeking a Propulsion Ground Support Equipment Team Leader to head the design, development and operation of cryogenic engine test benches for liquid propulsion testing. You will lead a multi-disciplinary team, translate test requirements into hardware specifications, and ensure rigorous safety and compliance across test campaigns.

This leadership role demands deep technical expertise in liquid-propellant propulsion, plus experience guiding complex engineering

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering.
• Equivalent technical experience with strong fluid systems background.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering development of new test facility GSE and related systems.
• Translate test matrix requirements into hardware specs and P&IDs.
• Manage cross-functional team of mechanical, fluid, and instrumentation engineers.
• Oversee high-pressure testing, leak checks, and commissioning.
• Establish safety protocols for hazardous fluids and oxygen compatibility.
• Coordinate DAQ/DCS integration and sensor networking for test sequences.
