Specialized headhunter in mid-level and executive positions is seeking, on behalf of a major international real estate fund, a Property Renovation Manager.

Your key responsibilities:

  1. Project Oversight
  2. Full management of transformation and fit-out projects from needs assessment to final delivery, ensuring quality, budget control, and timely execution.
  3. Operational Planning & Coordination
  4. Organize preliminary assessments, manage RFPs, create schedules, and ensure the availability of all technical and material resources.
  5. On-site Supervision
  6. Regular site visits to monitor progress, resolve technical issues, and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and construction standards.
  7. Collaboration with Design Teams
  8. Work closely with internal and external design teams (including international teams) to develop and validate technical plans and layouts.
  9. Continuous Improvement & Market Monitoring
  10. Identify innovative solutions, integrate best practices, and stay updated on trends in sustainability, ergonomics, and performance.
  11. Team Leadership & Cross-functional Coordination
  12. Lead and support project teams (internal and external), set priorities, allocate tasks, and foster collaboration across departments.

Your profile:

  • You are highly organized and capable of working independently across multiple tasks and responsibilities.
  • You have at least 6 years of professional experience, ideally within an architectural firm or a renovation company.
  • You are familiar with managing complex projects simultaneously, balancing technical, logistical, and stakeholder aspects.
  • You have strong expertise in drafting plans and overseeing construction work, particularly within shared property settings (co-ownership).
