Specialized headhunter in mid-level and executive positions is seeking, on behalf of a major international real estate fund, a Property Renovation Manager.

Your key responsibilities :

  • Project Oversight
  • Full management of transformation and fit-out projects from needs assessment to final delivery, ensuring quality, budget control, and timely execution.
  • Operational Planning & Coordination
  • Organize preliminary assessments, manage RFPs, create schedules, and ensure the availability of all technical and material resources.
  • On-site Supervision
  • Regular site visits to monitor progress, resolve technical issues, and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and construction standards.
  • Collaboration with Design Teams
  • Work closely with internal and external design teams (including international teams) to develop and validate technical plans and layouts.
  • Continuous Improvement & Market Monitoring
  • Identify innovative solutions, integrate best practices, and stay updated on trends in sustainability, ergonomics, and performance.
  • Team Leadership & Cross-functional Coordination
  • Lead and support project teams (internal and external), set priorities, allocate tasks, and foster collaboration across departments.

Your profile :

  • You are highly organized and capable of working independently across multiple tasks and responsibilities.
  • You have at least 6 years of professional experience, ideally within an architectural firm or a renovation company.
  • You are familiar with managing complex projects simultaneously, balancing technical, logistical, and stakeholder aspects.
  • You have strong expertise in drafting plans and overseeing construction work, particularly within shared property settings (co-ownership).
