Specialized headhunter in mid-level and executive positions is seeking, on behalf of a major international real estate fund, a Property Renovation Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Oversight: Full management of transformation and fit-out projects from needs assessment to final delivery, ensuring quality, budget control, and timely execution.
2. Operational Planning & Coordination: Organize preliminary assessments, manage RFPs, create schedules, and ensure the availability of all technical and material resources.
3. On-site Supervision: Regular site visits to monitor progress, resolve technical issues, and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and construction standards.
4. Collaboration with Design Teams: Work closely with internal and external design teams (including international teams) to develop and validate technical plans and layouts.
5. Continuous Improvement & Market Monitoring: Identify innovative solutions, integrate best practices, and stay updated on trends in sustainability, ergonomics, and performance.
6. Team Leadership & Cross-functional Coordination: Lead and support project teams (internal and external), set priorities, allocate tasks, and foster collaboration across departments.

Your Profile:

• Highly organized with the ability to work independently across multiple tasks and responsibilities.
• At least 6 years of professional experience, ideally within an architectural firm or renovation company.
• Familiar with managing complex projects simultaneously, balancing technical, logistical, and stakeholder aspects.
• Strong expertise in drafting plans and overseeing construction work, particularly within shared property settings (co-ownership).
