PT Coastal Grand Villas is a newly established and fast-growing real estate company.
We are looking for an outstanding Property Manager who is passionate about turning and keeping our properties to the highest standards.
Property Manager Duties and Responsibilities
Manage assigned Villas (oversee, maintain, and inspect the property)
Manage a team of Housekeepers, Maintenance, Gardeners, and Pool Maintenance (training team, implement shifts, coordinate, assist in hiring, monitor team’s performance)
Coordinate and efficiently manage a Maintenance Team on a daily basis
Coordinate and monitor utility, other bills, and purchases
Handle and control the Petty Cash of the Staff
Maintain a great teamwork
Practice an outstanding sense of every small detail that could maintain and improve the property
Maintain good contact and relationship with vendor/supplier
Creative problem solutions and alternative thinking in order to solve issues
Property Manager Requirements
Proven working experience as Property Manager or Villa Manager at least 2 year experience
Working experience in hospitality Industry
Understanding of Property Maintenance
Proficiency in English, multilingualism will be considered an asset
Strong leadership
Highly responsible and reliable
