Jobtailor in Lyon is seeking an experienced Real Estate Accountant to support deployment of a new property management solution, focusing on accurate financial setup and data migration.

You will lead training sessions, diagnose functional needs, configure requirements within the application, and deliver hands-on training to users.

The role also involves managing client relationships, organizing and scheduling meetings at each project stage to ensure smooth implementation.

Qualifications

• BTS in Real Estate Professions (or equivalent).
• BTS in Accounting and Management (or equivalent).
• Minimum 5 years' hands-on experience as a real estate accountant in the property management (syndic) sector.
• Interest in IT processes, training delivery, and knowledge sharing.

Responsabilités

• Support property management experts during deployment of their new business solution.
• Training management: diagnose functional requirements and configure business needs within the application, and design and deliver training.
