Jobtailor is seeking a training and client-delivery specialist to support condominium management software deployment. You will work under the Head of the property-management software training unit to diagnose needs, configure requirements, and design end-user training sessions.

You will conduct remote or on-site training, produce user guides, and help manage client meetings and steering committees to drive successful project outcomes in the condominium sector.

Qualifications

• Higher education BTS in Real Estate Professions or equivalent.
• Higher education BTS in Accounting and Management.
• At least 5 years’ professional experience as a property accountant in condominium/property management.

Responsabilités

• Support condominium management specialists in deploying the new software solution.
• Design and deliver user training (remote, in-person or via video) and produce product documentation.
• Provide user support and documentation during the project lifecycle.
• Organize and schedule client meetings at each stage of the project lifecycle.
• Participate in steering committees to support decision-making according to client requirements.

Overview

• Reporting to the Head of the property-management software training unit, you will support condominium management specialists in the deployment of their new business software solution.
• Training management: conducting functional diagnostics and configuring business requirements within the application; designing and delivering user training (remote, in-person or via video); producing product documentation and providing user support.
• Client relationship management: organizing and scheduling client meetings at each stage of the project lifecycle; actively participating in steering committees to support decision-making according to the client’s specific requirements.

Requirements

• Higher education diploma (BTS) in Real Estate Professions or in Accounting and Management.
• At least 5 years’ professional experience as a property accountant in the condominium/property management sector.
• Interest in IT processes, instructional training, and fieldwork.
