Bacardi recherche un profil en vente et merchandising pour optimiser le mix produit et assurer la présence des gammes dans 30 magasins partenaires. Le candidat mène des actions promotionnelles et négocie des opérations additionnelles avec le responsable secteur, tout en réduisant les ruptures et en respectant les amplitudes horaires, y compris tôt le matin.

La mission se déroule sur une période CD D de 2 mois, avec voiture de service, forfait repas et iPad fournis, et nécessite une domiciliation

Qualifikationen

• Expérience de vente ou merchandising réussie en Grande Distribution.
• Expérience dans l’univers des vins et spiritueux appréciée.
• Sait travailler en horaire décalé, souvent tôt le matin, avant ouverture.
• Sens du relationnel, autonomie, dynamisme, rigueur et organisation.
• Être domicilié sur le secteur.
• Permis B.

Aufgaben

• Optimiser notre mix produit (présence produit, place, prix et promotion) dans un parc de 30 magasins.
• Référencer et garantir la présence de notre gamme non présente en fond de rayon.
• Réaliser des actions promotionnelles, de mises en avant / TG négociées par le Responsable Secteur.
• Négocier des opérations additionnelles dans les points de vente couverts.
• Lutter contre les ruptures en fond de rayon et sur les mises en avant pendant toute la période et dans tous les magasins.
