Une entreprise leader dans le secteur des spiritueux recherche un promoteur des ventes pour une alternance sur 12 mois, centré sur les marques ST~GERMAIN et BOMBAY SAPPHIRE. Au sein d'une équipe dynamique, vous serez formé aux techniques de vente et assurerez le développement de la clientèle dans le secteur CHR, tout en participant à des actions commerciales sur le terrain.

En relation avec le Compte Clé National Métro et sous la responsabilité directe d’un(e) Maître d'Apprentissage commercial.e, la mission consistera à assurer le
développement de nos marques prioritaires ST~GERMAIN et BOMBAY SAPPHIRE dans le circuit Cash & Carry, auprès d'une clientèle CHR (café-hôtel-restaurant) :
En entrepôt :
✓ Montage d’opérations et animations commerciales sur nos marques prioritaires afin de booster les rotations.
✓ Assurer la baisse de ruptures via un merchandising efficace avant chaque
animation.
✓ Formation auprès des clients sur le « Perfect Serve » et la démarche valeur produit,
✓ Benchmark et remontées régulières au KAM Métro,
En clientèle :
✓ Former, fidéliser et activer les clients convertis en entrepôts.
✓ Prospecter de nouveaux clients grâce au fichier prospects.
✓ Effectuer des tournées accompagnées avec la FDV Metro.
Il s'agit d'une mission de vente très opérationnelle et formatrice au sein d'une
structure en pleine croissance.
DÉROULÉ DE LA MISSION :
✓ Réunion de lancement au siège Bacardi-Martini France de Saint-Denis (93) avec formation produits, outils et techniques de vente (1 semaine septembre 2024)
✓ Tournée accompagnée « coaching » avec le responsable de secteur et le KAM
Metro en situation (3 jours).
✓ Découverte d’une journée du secteur de la grande distribution avec le responsablesecteur (1 jour)
✓ Point hebdomadaire et réunion équipe régulière sur le suivi de l’activité

Bac + 3 à Bac +5
Permis B obligatoire
Expérience de la vente est un +
