Bel Group, a leading international dairy and snacking company, is seeking a strategic leader to own and drive its promotional strategy for Bel France. Reporting to the Strategy & Business Development Director, you will define, lead, and activate high-impact promotions across brands and categories.

You will partner with Marketing, Sales, Category Management and Supply Chain to translate insights into executable plans, optimize investments, and strengthen category growth while delivering

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree or equivalent professional qualification, ideally from a business school.
• At least 6 years of experience in Sales and/or Marketing.
• Experience in both field and head-office roles is preferred.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and execution skills.

• Define and lead the company’s promotional strategy.
• Develop and implement medium- and long-term promotional plans.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Category Management and Supply Chain teams.
• Support negotiations with Key Accounts to drive brand activation.
