  • Connaissances approfondies des méthodologies d'approvisionnement.
  • Compétences en leadership éprouvées et excellente maîtrise de l'anglais et du français.

Prokura is a leading young consultancy company within Strategic Procurement located in Denmark, Norway, Germany, UK and France. We are approximately 150 consultants that are experts in this area. Our projects range from strategy to direct optimization including procurement organization setup, category optimization and fast-impact bottom-line support (RAPID).

You have a unique possibility to apply for a full-time position as an Associate Partner in France becoming a part of our dynamic organization and the young Prokura leadership team.

Qualifications

We expect you to have :

  • 8 years’ experience as a strategic sourcing professional where at least 4 years are at a top-tier consultant firm
  • Deep knowledge of strategic sourcing methodology and tools and proven track record of project leadership and client engagement ownership
  • High proficiency in the management consulting toolbox
  • Robust people leadership skills and strong experience leading teams and juniors
  • An exemplary track record in providing client satisfaction
  • Business acquisition competences and a network in place that can be developed into a client base
  • Excellent academic records and solid analytical skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of management
  • Fluent in English and French – both written and oral

To be successful in this role, we expect you to :

  • Drive revenue execution : Secure revenue through own time invested in individual projects
  • Deliver strong client proposals and supporting in selling consulting projects
  • Ability to scope complete programs and deliverables and adapt deadlines and processes to define and maximize impact on a project portfolio level
  • Clearly articulate expertise and drive knowledge development within one or more functional areas, industries, categories or process / tool
  • Drive internal development activities / training with market impact and actively inspire and develop colleagues on a personal and professional level through feedback, coaching and supervision.
  • Willingness to build a career within strategic procurement and operations
