Ce rôle vous permettra de concevoir des solutions personnalisées pour répondre aux besoins des clients, en collaborant avec les équipes de vente et de production. Vous utiliserez vos compétences en AutoCAD et SolidWorks pour créer des designs techniques, tout en bénéficiant de l'accompagnement nécessaire pour développer vos compétences dans ce domaine.

Qualifications

• Formation en Ingénierie Mécanique ou Production requise.
• Compétences en AutoCAD et SolidWorks nécessaires.
• Capacité d'adaptation aux besoins des clients.

Responsabilités

• Interpréter les besoins des clients et réaliser des analyses techniques.
• Créer des conceptions 2D et 3D selon les exigences des projets.
• Préparer des documents techniques et fournir un soutien sur site.

Job Description:

Delta Plus Systems, a subsidiary of the Delta Plus Group, is recruiting a Design Engineer (H/F). At Delta Plus Systems, we design, manufacture, and sell collective fall protection solutions such as lifelines, anchor points, guardrails, and walkways. We are a passionate team comprising a design office, a manufacturing workshop, and recognized expertise dedicated to height safety, both in France and internationally.

As a Design Engineer, you will actively contribute to the design of custom fall protection solutions, working closely with sales teams, the production center, and sometimes even end clients. Your responsibilities include understanding client needs, producing technical plans and documents, and validating project feasibility.

• Technical analysis of client needs: Study customer requests, whether standard orders or specific projects. Interpret sketches, architectural plans, calculation notes, technical specifications, or any other technical data provided by the sales department. Participate in technical feasibility analysis, considering regulatory, structural, and budget constraints.
• Technical design and modeling: Create 2D and 3D designs using SolidWorks according to project requirements.
• Collaborative work in the design office: Work closely with colleagues to coordinate ongoing projects, distribute workload, and share best practices. Participate in internal project follow-up meetings.
• Documentation and on-site support: Prepare technical documents and assist with assembly. Provide technical support to sales and customer service teams, validate proposed solutions, and adapt products to specific configurations. Occasionally participate in responding to complex calls for tender or technical consultations.

If you are not yet familiar with all standards or technical nuances related to our products, rest assured that we will support your skill development. A higher education in Mechanical Engineering or Production Engineering (e.g., MAI / CPI) is required. Proficiency in AutoCAD and SolidWorks is essential.
