Vestas is seeking a Project Technician to drive technical solutions that improve safety, reliability, and efficiency across service operations in Poland. You will contribute to CIM case evaluation, deployment of repair methods, and technical training programs for service teams while coordinating with international colleagues and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Electrical or engineering/technical degree or equivalent.
• 3–5 years in a technical or project-related role, preferably in wind energy.
• Valid B+E driving license and willingness to travel.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and reporting tools.

Responsabilités

• Support implementation of strategic projects focused on operational excellence and cost reduction.
• Prepare and evaluate CIM cases, including feasibility assessments, resources, and planning.
• Introduce and support deployment of new repair methods and technologies.
• Plan and deliver technical training and workshops for service teams across regions.
• Act as technical focal point, facilitating problem-solving and escalation when needed.
• Develop technical reports, KPIs, and performance metrics for management.
• Participate in customer interactions and meetings, providing technical updates.

Region NCE and Global Offshore > NCE > SERV OP Upgrade Mgmt Projects

The Service Operations Development NCE Department delivers customized solutions for up-tower repairs, crane less solutions or cost out initiatives to the NCE (Northern & Central Europe) Service regions. Strong collaboration with WTG (Wind Turbine Generator) Engineering Support / Construction and CIM department.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of strategic projects focused on operational excellence, compliance, and cost reduction
• Prepare and evaluate CIM cases, including technical feasibility assessments, tool and material availability, and implementation planning
• Introduce, review, and support the deployment of new repair methods, tools, materials, and technologies
• Plan, organize, and deliver technical training, practical workshops, and briefings for service teams across the region
• Act as a technical focal point by facilitating problem-solving activities and escalating complex technical issues when required
• Develop and maintain technical reports, performance metrics, and KPIs for management and key stakeholders
• Participate in customer interactions and meetings, providing technical support and project updates when needed

Qualifications

• Technical, preferably electrical, education or equivalent engineering/technical qualification
• 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in a similar technical or project-related role, preferably within the wind energy industry
• Valid B+E driving license and willingness to travel is required
• Experience in Microsoft Office applications and technical reporting tools
• Knowledge of Vestas turbine technologies, service processes, and technical documentation would be an advantage
• Experience delivering technical training in classroom, workshop, or turbine environments
• Basic project management knowledge with the ability to coordinate activities across international teams
