Huawei in Boulogne-Billancourt is seeking a Project Supply Manager to oversee the end-to-end fulfillment of complex projects. You will coordinate pre‑sale activities, ensure seamless contract negotiation, and manage international logistics, customs, and inventory efficiency.

You will partner with customers and the project team to develop supply solutions, review contracts for supply parts, monitor costs, and push for timely, cost-effective delivery while maintaining transparency and customer

Qualifications

• PO fulfillment and project logistics experience.

Responsabilités

• Oversee PO fulfillment management and the overall project fulfillment process.
• Coordinate pre-sale activities with customers and project team, including bidding and tendering.
• Review customer contracts for supply parts and provide guidance to the project team.
• Ensure international logistics monitoring, customs clearance, and inventory efficiency.
• Align project plans with material supply capacity and forecast sales.
• Follow Huawei supply mechanisms to ensure end-to-end project fulfillment.
• Manage project supply cost including inventory and logistics; seek cost optimizations.
• Conclude delivery practice and share knowledge to maintain delivery baseline.

Main Responsibilities

• Responsible for PO fulfillment management as supply chain Specialist, responsible for the overall process of project fulfillment, including pre-sale support such as communications with customers and project team, biding and tendering, contract negotiation, international logistics monitoring, customs, inventory efficiency management
• Understand customer requirements and make project level supply solution with project team
• Review and analysis customer contract for supply part and give suggestion to project team
• Follow Huawei supply mechanism to ensure excellent E2E project fulfillment performance
• Manage project planning integrated meeting, get project installation plan and sales forecast in time, push to build materials supply capacity in advance
• Manage customer contract fulfillment and push to solve problems, ensure contract fulfillment, project supply and transparency to project team and customer, follow up the customer voice and take quick actions to resolve and ensure customer satisfaction
• Manage the project supply cost, including inventory cost and logistics cost, find solutions to optimize and ensure the project delivery with reasonable cost
• Conclude project delivery practice and share delivery knowledge and experience, maintain delivery baseline

Requirements

Basic literacy and statistic/analysis skills;

Able to interact with diverse customers in a multi-cultural environment;

Optimistic & excellent in communication/team work;

English/ French is mandatory, Chinese will be very appreciated.
