Huawei in Boulogne-Billancourt is seeking a Project Supply Manager to oversee the end-to-end fulfillment of complex projects. You will coordinate pre‑sale activities, ensure seamless contract negotiation, and manage international logistics, customs, and inventory efficiency.

You will partner with customers and the project team to develop supply solutions, review contracts for supply parts, monitor costs, and push for timely, cost-effective delivery while maintaining transparency and customer

Qualifications

PO fulfillment and project logistics experience.
Ability to coordinate with customers and project teams.
Strong negotiation and contract review skills.
Experience working in cross-cultural environments.

Responsabilités

Oversee PO fulfillment management and the overall project fulfillment process.
Coordinate pre-sale activities with customers and project team, including bidding and tendering.
Review customer contracts for supply parts and provide guidance to the project team.
Ensure international logistics monitoring, customs clearance, and inventory efficiency.
Align project plans with material supply capacity and forecast sales.
Follow Huawei supply mechanisms to ensure end-to-end project fulfillment.
Manage project supply cost including inventory and logistics; seek cost optimizations.
Conclude delivery practice and share knowledge to maintain delivery baseline.
