Job Purpose: We are currently seeking a Project Quality Manager to join our Subsea Quality Department.

Mission

As Project Quality Manager, you will be responsible for implementing and overseeing quality processes that ensure a zero-defect standard. You will work proactively to meet all applicable requirements—normative, legal, customer, and internal—and drive continuous improvement to support both customer satisfaction and company success.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Cultivate a project culture focused on zero defects, where compliance results from well-designed and tested processes.
  • Manage and size quality resources across projects.
  • Align quality practices with strategic objectives and translate them into actionable plans.
  • Monitor quality indicators, conduct inspections and audits, investigate non-conformities, and implement corrective/preventive actions.
  • Lead Project Quality Reviews (PQRs) and ensure customer feedback is addressed.
  • Interface with customer inspection teams to ensure satisfaction and compliance.
  • Guarantee timely and compliant delivery of equipment and services.
Requirements
  • Education: Higher education in Engineering/ Quality
  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years in the field.
  • Language: Fluent English is mandatory.
  • Specialization: Working knowledge of welding and nondestructive evaluation (NDE)/ ISO Auditor certification
