Qualifications

  • Master en ingénierie (préférence pour mécanique ou électrotechnique).
  • Expérience dans la gestion des outils de qualité.
  • Connaissance des processus et produits livrés dans le projet.

Responsabilités

  • Coordonner toutes les activités de qualité et sécurité tout au long du projet.
  • Superviser les équipes de projet sur les activités de résolution de problèmes.
  • Assurer la cohérence entre les objectifs QCD du projet et la satisfaction du client.

Could you be the full-time Project Quality and Safety Manager in Villeneuve we’re looking for?

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your managerial expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll report to Békir KÖKCÜ, Site Quality Director and work alongside proactive and agile teammates.

You'll Coordinate all quality and safety activities throughout the project reporting to the Site Quality Manager. Day-to-day, you’ll drive project teams on the problem solving activities (8D, QRQC, etc.) related to the maintenance activities, ensure consistency between the project QCD objectives and the customer's satisfaction and much more.

You’ll specifically take care of Quality and safety assurance on the project, but also be the interface with the Customer quality and safety teams

We’ll look to you for:

  • Coordinate all quality and safety activities throughout the project with contract managements
  • Drive project teams on the problem solving activities (8D, QRQC, etc.) management related to the maintenance activities
  • Ensure consistency between the project QCD objectives and the customer's satisfaction
  • PrQSM is a Core Team position supporting the project and reporting to Quality organization

  • Master’s degree in engineering (mechanical or electro-technical background is preferred) with transversal Management
  • Experience in managing Quality tools and problem-solving tools
  • Awareness on Processes and Products delivered in the project,
  • Familiar with quality tools: 8D, PDCA, QRQC, etc
  • Knowledge of Quality standard (ISO9001, IRIS, CMMI, ECM,.) and quality tools.
  • Experience in Railway industries is a plus.
  • Fluent in English, German is a plus
