Une entreprise de transport maritime de premier plan recherche un Acheteur de Projet pour coordonner des projets d'approvisionnement complexes. Dans ce rôle, vous serez responsable de la gestion des achats pour des projets d'une valeur de 50 à 100 millions USD, en collaborant avec des équipes R&D et en menant des négociations avec des fournisseurs. Vous aurez l'opportunité de travailler dans un environnement dynamique et innovant, en contribuant à des projets qui soutiennent la transition énergétique dans le secteur maritime. Qualifications

• Minimum 8 ans d'expérience dans un rôle similaire.

YOUR ROLE

Within CMA Ships entity in charge of shipmanagement for CMA CGM Group, hierarchically attached to Senior Procurement Management, you coordinate purchasing of complex international projects for maintenance and retrofits. The Project Purchaser is responsible for SQCD results on his perimeter of responsibilities.
Liaising with business teams within CMA Ships, the Project Purchaser purchases raw materials, transformed products as service provision for a budget between 50 to 100 MUSD.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO ?

Project conceptualisation :

• Take part in the upstream phase of projects in collaboration with the teams concerned, especially R&D
• Understand initial project objectives (budget, costs, quality, deadlines, quantities, SLA …) and their links with overall strategy of the company
• Put in place a detailed planning with project team
• Exchange with each project team members and identify business expertise
• Analyse overall company’s resources which can support the good progress of the project
• Perform market monitoring
• Lead accurate comparisons of suppliers, then select them respecting the Group's Procurement rules and CMA Ships procedures

Negotiation & contractualisation :

• Negotiate contractualisation conditions with suppliers and/or service providers
• Write or have contracts written by Legal department specifying qualitative and quantitative objectives to be achieved by suppliers

Project and suppliers follow up :

• Ensure contractual elements are respected, take action in case of supplier’s litigation and/or non-respect of conditions of intervention
• Monitor Procurement budget and secure project margin.
• Ensure information escalation to Procurement Director and different business Director of the company, through consolidation of memo and notes

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR ?

• Graduated from a Master's Degree in Procurement
• At least 8 years' experience in a similar role
• Strong competencies in Procurement and Project Management, capacity to lead international negotiations
• Ability to present complex subjects to management
• Fluent in English; French is really appreciated
