Oval in Paris is seeking a Project/Production Assistant for a six-month internship, starting September. You will work with our project and production management teams on all stages from conception to on-site implementation.
You will assist with client liaison, scheduling, budgeting, venue sourcing, tendering, and reporting. Ideal candidates study marketing or business, with strong Microsoft Office or Google tools skills and good English. Remote work 2 days/week offered.
For our French agency, based in Paris, we are looking for a Project/Production Assistant (M/F) for an internship (not a work-study programme) for the next six months, ideally starting in September, to join our dedicated, demanding and supportive team and get involved in our exciting projects.
Supported by the project and production management team, you will have the opportunity to work on all our projects, from conception through to on-the-ground implementation.
Essential skills: Good knowledge of communication, marketing or business; proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google tools; and a decent level of English (able to hold a conversation with ease). Desired skills: Currently studying at university, ideally with a four- or five-year degree, and with some initial experience in an agency or on event projects. Personal qualities: Independent, organised and a good listener, you are also resourceful and enjoy working in a team. Your interpersonal skills would also be a real asset in contributing effectively to project management.
