Socomec Sas in France is seeking a results-driven professional to lead the execution of customer contracts within the CUSEN team of Secure Power & Services. You will coordinate production planning and collaborate with Supply Chain, Production, Quality, Industrialization and Engineering to ensure on-time delivery and compliance.

The role requires a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, 2–5 years in a technical industrial setting, and professional French and English.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in a technical industrial environment.
• Knowledge of electrical engineering and/or electronics.
• Professional French and English proficiency.
• Experience with ERP systems is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead the execution of customer contracts from order intake through to equipment delivery.
• Plan and coordinate production activities in collaboration with Supply Chain, Production, Quality, Industrialization and Engineering teams.
• Ensure commitments related to cost, lead time, quality and contractual requirements are achieved.
• Manage product life-cycle activities, including technical modifications, obsolescence management, qualification and technical documentation compliance.
• Coordinate the analysis and resolution of technical issues reported by customers by mobilizing the appropriate internal experts.
• Lead customer reviews and contractual discussions while interacting with certification bodies when required.

Within the Business Line Secure Power & Services, the CUSEN team designs and delivers customized solutions for customers operating in demanding sectors such as naval and defense. Acting as the central coordination point between multiple functions, the team supports projects throughout their entire lifecycle. Under the management of the , you ensure the successful execution of technical contracts, manage product life-cycle evolutions and coordinate the resolution of technical issues encountered by customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of customer contracts from order intake through to equipment delivery.
• Plan and coordinate production activities in collaboration with Supply Chain, Production, Quality, Industrialization and Engineering teams.
• Ensure commitments related to cost, lead time, quality and contractual requirements are achieved.
• Manage product life-cycle activities, including technical modifications, obsolescence management, qualification and technical documentation compliance.
• Coordinate the analysis and resolution of technical issues reported by customers by mobilizing the appropriate internal experts.
• Lead customer reviews and contractual discussions while interacting with certification bodies when required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree (Engineering or equivalent) in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• 2 to 5 years of experience in a technical industrial environment.
• Knowledge of electrical engineering and/or electronics.
• Professional French and English proficiency.
