Vous jouerez un rôle clé dans les ouvertures et rénovations d'hôtels, en gérant l'approvisionnement, les négociations, et en garantissant la rentabilité des projets. Qualifications

  • Au moins 5 ans d'expérience dans l'hôtellerie, en opérations ou en approvisionnement.
  • Compétences avérées en achats de projets et gestion de catégories, notamment dans la construction et FF&E.
  • Maîtrise de l'anglais et du français.

Responsabilités

  • Gérer les activités d'approvisionnement pour les projets d'ouverture et de rénovation d'hôtels.
  • Diriger les négociations avec les fournisseurs et collaborer avec les équipes d'approvisionnement stratégique.
  • Être le contact principal pour les propriétaires, les opérateurs et les GMs pendant les projets.

ASTORE is our Global Procurement Organization, covering all products & services needed by our clients for daily operations or projects like construction and renovation.

The Europe & North African (ENA) Astore team manages sourcing, negotiations, and promotion of products and services across 45 countries, including Europe, CIS, and North Africa.

Recently, the procurement team has prioritized digital transformation to support sourcing, selling, and streamline procurement processes for our hotels and partners.

Job Description

Project Procurement Manager – Preopening (m/f/d)

Within the Premium, Midscale, and Economy (PM&E) ENA team at ASTORE, you will play a key role in hotel openings and renovations across the region. Your mission? Support partners with ASTORE’s solutions during construction, manage procurement, and drive project profitability while maintaining stakeholder relationships.

What will you do?

  • Manage procurement activities for hotel preopening and renovation projects in ENA, focusing on construction & FF&E solutions.
  • Lead supplier negotiations and collaborate with Strategic Procurement teams to develop offers and suppliers.
  • Serve as the main contact for owners, operators, and GMs during projects.
  • Drive category strategy and performance, balancing financial and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Build a pipeline of opportunities and promote ASTORE’s preopening services.
  • Collaborate internally and externally to ensure performance and service excellence.

Qualifications

Our ideal candidate would have:

  • At least 5 years of experience in hospitality, especially in operations or procurement.
  • Proven skills in project purchasing and category management, particularly in Construction and FF&E.
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Fluency in English and French.
  • A collaborative, customer-focused professional experienced in managing complex, high-value projects with diverse stakeholders.
