Job Description:

The Program Communication, Community Management & Change Adoption Specialist will craft and implement strategies to enhance program visibility, stakeholder engagement, and smooth adoption of organizational changes. Responsibilities include managing communications, building communities, and driving change management initiatives to ensure program success.

Technical Skills:

1. Program Communication: Develop and execute communication plans, create updates, collaborate with stakeholders, and monitor effectiveness.
2. Community Management: Establish and manage communities, facilitate discussions, organize engagement events, and gather feedback.
3. Change Adoption: Design change management strategies, develop training materials, measure adoption rates, and improve strategies.
4. Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement: Build relationships, listen to concerns, and coordinate with teams to align priorities.
