HM.CLAUSE is recruiting a Project Portfolio Manager who reports directly to the CEO.
You provide high-level operational support to the CEO office in strategy development through long-range plans.
You consolidate functional and regional long-range plans including strategic objectives, outcomes, and related KPIs. You design and implement systems to monitor long-range plan progress.
You support the leadership team in monitoring the scope, quality, schedule, and cost of the strategic portfolio of projects, including working with directors and project leads to review and assure delivery of all major strategy and project deliverables and milestones.
You control the project implementation by establishing prioritization on the planning, launch, and execution of the portfolio of strategic projects.
You communicate and cooperate widely across the organization and coordinate broader operational initiatives.
You develop and deploy common project management methodology, processes, tools, and training across the business.
Finally, you will create and lead a network of ambassadors of project management at HM.CLAUSE.
The position can be based in France, in Portes-les-Valence, or in the United States, in Davis.
Your main tasks will involve:
You have a bachelor's degree and at least 10 years' experience in project portfolio management.
You are recognized for your experience in developing project management methodology and managing a community of project managers. You are also recognized for your strong financial management and analytical skills.
Ideally, you will have initial experience and knowledge of seed business processes.
You are customer-focused and problem-solving, with an excellent ability to synthesize multiple perspectives into frameworks.
You are able to deal independently with issues/projects raised by the CEO and Global Strategy Team.
You demonstrate strong leadership in driving solution development and project execution, with the ability to navigate complex contexts and manage projects within a matrix organization.
