Job Description:

The Program Communication, Community Management & Change Adoption Specialist will be responsible for crafting and implementing strategies that enhance program visibility, stakeholder engagement, and smooth adoption of organizational changes. Responsibilities include managing communications, building communities, and driving change management initiatives to ensure program success.

Technical Skills:

1. Program Communication: Develop and execute communication plans, create and disseminate updates, collaborate with stakeholders, monitor effectiveness.
2. Community Management: Establish/manage communities, address queries, facilitate events, gather feedback.
3. Change Adoption: Design change strategies, develop training materials, measure adoption rates.
4. Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement: Build relationships, listen to concerns, work with HR, IT, leadership.
