Project Managers & Architects — Specializing in LGS

We are urgently looking to hire 20 Project Managers, Architects and construction supervisors to lead and support a series of Light Gauge Steel (LGS) construction projects across Indonesia.

For Architects:

Proficient in Revit, especially with AGACAD add-ons for parametric modeling

Experience with Vertex BD or similar manufacturing-integrated BIM platforms

Ability to extract accurate BOQs from BIM models

Strong understanding of LGS structure, aerocrete, GRC board, and local codes

For Project Managers:

Proven experience managing LGS or prefab construction projects

Deep understanding of cold-formed steel, screw pile foundations, and finish schedules

Skilled in team leadership, procurement, reporting, and scheduling

Familiar with clash detection, MEP coordination, and permitting process

Minimum 3 years experience in relevant roles

Based in Bali and Makassar or willing to relocate

Detail-oriented, results-driven, and solutions-focused

Passionate about innovation and sustainable construction
