Air Liquide France Industrie is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support and lead engineering projects across multiple domains. You will assist in proposals, cost sheets, and main contract preparations while establishing project organization and coordination across technical, procurement, quality, and manufacturing teams.

The role emphasizes delivering project indicators, enforcing safety and company procedures, and organizing capitalization and reporting throughout project execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in engineering.
• 7+ years of experience in engineering, design, project management, finance or procurement; 2 years of project management in engineering.
• Ability to manage several projects in parallel.

Responsabilités

• Provide support in managing all project activities and resources within the framework of Air Liquide policies, contract commitments and requirements.
• Participate to the proposal phase for the elaboration of the technical solution, the establishment of the cost sheet and the preparation and negotiation of the main contracts;
• Set-up the project organization: scope of work, channels of communication, execution strategy, team coordination;
• Coordinate internally: with Technical teams, with Procurement (follow-up Procurement plan, incl. pre-ordering when applicable), with Quality control team, with manufacturing;
• Manage, report (to Projects Execution Group Manager) and deliver the Project Key Indicators.
• Ensure the company procedures and safety requirements are implemented during the project execution.
• Organize and issue project capitalization and reports.
