As part of the ongoing effort to strengthen its software development teams, our client based in Courbevoie is seeking an Experienced Scrum Master to support several Agile teams. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the evolution of Agile culture, optimize team productivity, and drive the success of distributed projects.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and facilitate core Agile ceremonies : sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Act as an Agile Coach : guide teams in the correct application of Scrum and Agile principles.
• Identify and remove obstacles impacting team performance.
• Monitor Agile metrics to evaluate and improve productivity.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and participate in strategic organizational decision-making.
• Proactively identify issues affecting teams and propose actionable solutions.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of Agile processes and best practices.

Required Skills :

• Strong expertise in Agile Project Management.
• Expert-level mastery of Scrum practices and principles.
• Proven ability to coach and mentor teams in Agile methodologies.
• Experience in facilitating Agile ceremonies within complex project environments.
• Outstanding communication, facilitation, and team leadership skills.

Preferred Skills :

• Experience working within an Agile Distributed Model (ADM) for distributed development.
• Ability to address and resolve multi-team organizational challenges.
• Scrum Master certification (PSM, CSM, SAFe, or equivalent).
• Familiarity with Agile monitoring tools (JIRA, Confluence, etc.).

Additional Information :

• This role requires 40% on-site presence in Courbevoie.
