Project Manager - R & D

Key Duties:

1. Lead cross-functional project teams to complete R&D projects from scoping & planning through implementation & launch.
2. Plan and execute projects and programs from concept to successful completion, including product launches.
3. Manage project scope, budget, tasks, risks, and support fellow project managers.
4. Report project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and steering groups.
5. Participate in process and development practice improvements to enhance capacity, efficiency, predictability, and quality.

Authority & Responsibilities:

Organize and lead cross-functional teams, communicate effectively, plan and monitor project tasks, and manage diverse projects independently, including new product introductions, feature enhancements, quality issues, cost reduction, and compliance.

Minimum Position Requirements:

• 3+ years of formal project management experience, preferably in a regulated industry.
• Experience with project management tools and Microsoft Suite.
• Strong communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.

Preferred Experience:

• Medical Device development experience.
• Experience with design controls and methodologies like Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid.

Education/Certification:

• BS in Engineering or similar.
• PMP or similar certification preferred.

Other:

This is a hybrid role requiring regular presence in our Lebanon office, with some travel (<10%).
