Project Manager Officer (PMO)

The Hunter Shore Group are supporting a globally renowned food manufacturer as they seek to appoint a new Plant Director for one of their high profile facilities in France.

As Plant Director, you will be responsible for a site of around 200 FTEs as it enters a significant period of cultural and operational transformation. As part of this role, you will take responsibility for a significant financial investment in infrastructure, production, and integrated work systems to drive a 'turnaround' in productivity, staff retention, and morale.

In return for your expertise and leadership, you will play a pivotal role in the country's leadership strategy and have the opportunity to make a significant impact on both the environment and P&L of this site.

Core requirements

1. Business Level French
2. MSc (or equivalent) in a food or supply chain related subject
3. A proven track record of driving transformation through inspirational leadership
4. A strong understanding of local union environments
