Une startup en pleine expansion à Lyon recherche un chef de projet pour contribuer à la structuration de l'équipe des comptes clés. Vous serez responsable de l'organisation des projets, de la coordination des équipes et de la gestion des relations avec des partenaires stratégiques. Ce rôle offre un environnement entrepreneurial stimulant, avec la possibilité de travailler directement avec des dirigeants d'entreprises et d'exercer une influence significative sur la croissance de l'entreprise.

Qualifications

• 2 à 3 ans d'expérience professionnelle, idéalement en cabinet de conseil ou comme chef de projet.
• Excellentes compétences en communication, capacité à engager les parties prenantes.
• Intérêt pour la gestion de la trésorerie.

Responsabilités

• Organiser et diriger les sessions de lancement pour déployer de nouveaux comptes clés.
• Superviser et coordonner les processus techniques pour la mise en place de solutions personnalisées.
• Coordonner les équipes pour assurer une mise en œuvre réussie.

Context:

Contributing to the structuring of our Key Accounts team as part of Agicap's move up-market. This central position serving our key accounts involves extensive client interaction and coordination across various Agicap teams.

Missions:

Structuring a new implementation approach for our strategic accounts:

∙ Organizing and leading kick-off sessions for deploying new key accounts.

∙ Supervising and coordinating technical processes for the setup of customized solutions.

∙ Coordinating Teams

∙ Collaborating closely with internal teams, including customer service, product management, and IT, to ensure successful implementation.

∙ Serving as the central point of contact for all communications related to strategic accounts.

∙ Enhancing the current team's project management skills;

What we are looking for :

• A degree from a top business school or engineering school
• 2 to 3 years of professional experience, ideally in a management consulting firm, financial consulting firm, or as a deployment project manager (tools, programs, etc.)
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to drive and engage project stakeholders
• Organizational rigor and project management skills
• Interest in financial issues and cash management
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to adapt to a high-growth environment
• Ability to work with diverse teams (sales, CS, marketing, product, etc.)
• Native French and fluent English
