We’re Hiring: Project Manager Officer – Rennes (Hybrid)
Agriodor is looking for a highly experienced Head of Innovation and Project Portfolio to lead and coordinate our deeptech project portfolio.
Positioned at the crossroads of strategy, operations, and execution, this role is critical to driving our innovation agenda forward—ensuring alignment with business goals, optimizing resources, and delivering excellence through structured governance.
Your Profile
Master’s degree in Engineering or Science (Agronomy, Lifes sciences)
10+ years of experience in project management (deeptech a strong asset). An experience in the Agri Business or life science Sector is a serious plus
Experience working in cross-functional and multi-stakeholder environments
Skilled in PM tools, Agile/hybrid methodologies, and data reporting (Excel, Power BI)
Familiar with PLM and TRLs (a plus)
Fluent in English (oral and written)

Location: Rennes (35), France – Hybrid (min. 2 days/week on site)
Contract: Full-time, Permanent – 218 days/year + time savings account
Compensation: Competitive fixed salary + bonus (based on experience)
