As a Low touch Support agent, you will be in direct contact with French & German customers and prospects, proposing solutions to provide them the support they need. You will be responsible for closing our application prospects & existing customers and supporting them throughout their journey. Your missions will be:

Support

• Assist prospects with Yousign's SaaS application adhering to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for response and resolution times.

Closing

• Develop and close small deals with prospects & existing customers.

Retention

• Develop and implement strategies to reduce churn.

Relationship Management

• Assist our low-tier customers during their journey.
• Follow up on renewals.

Who are you?

Feel like applying? Here are the main skills that will help you thrive as Yousign's next Customer Care Officer (German speaker, F / M / X):

• You already have 1 year of experience working closely with a large base of customers, ideally in Customer Care or Customer Support, and are able to negotiate with them.
• You have strong analytical and redactional skills, helping you understand and manage our customers' needs.
• You are an autonomous team player and willing to evolve in a fast-paced environment.
• You speak fluent English, French, and German.
• Having experience working with Salesforce is a strong nice to have.
