Job summary

Tecma Aries, a leading designer and manufacturer of end-of-line packaging machines and automation systems near Paris, seeks an After-Sales Project Manager (M/F). You will analyze, qualify, and structure technical solutions for after-sales projects, coordinating with the Technical Department to ensure timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanics or mechatronics is required.
• Full professional proficiency in English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in an industrial environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills, autonomy, and customer focus.
• Permanent contract (CDI) – Full time; Executive status (Cadre).

Responsibilities

• Analyzing, qualifying, and structuring technical solutions for after-sales projects.
• Validating technical solutions in coordination with the Technical Department.
• Monitoring project execution and adherence to schedules with multiple departments.
• Preparing and costing after-sales service offers and quotations.
• Ensuring smooth handover of project files to field teams, including briefing and debriefing service technicians.
• Managing relationships with subcontractors, agents, and customers.
• Providing expert technical support to customers in urgent situations.
• Responding to customer emergencies by email or phone.
