The Seller Quality team collaborates with supply, LAB, operations, logistics, and business intelligence to ensure these standards. We analyze data, benchmark best practices, and communicate internally and externally.

As an Operations Manager Intern, you will support the quality team in monitoring and improving quality metrics, processes, and customer experience through transversal projects.

Your Mission (If You Accept It):

  1. Run quality processes to monitor and enforce standards
  2. Analyze after-sales service tickets related to hardware issues and identify corrective actions
  3. Design tools and processes to support merchant quality improvements
  4. Identify and implement actions for account managers to enhance merchant quality
  5. Create resources to support deployment and adoption of these actions

You’re At The Right Place If:

  1. Seeking a 6-month full-time internship (Masters Degree)
  2. You are data-driven, capable of analysis and deriving insights using Excel/Google Sheets
  3. Fluent in English (professional level); additional languages are a bonus
  4. Have some understanding of Embedded Systems, Consumer Electronics, and Circular Economy
  5. Possess strong project management skills, able to work with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
  6. Are organized, detail-oriented, and proactive with a can-do attitude

About The Internship:

  • Start date: January 2025
  • Duration: 6 months, full-time
  • Location: Bordeaux, France
  • Must have an internship agreement from your current French school
