Project Manager, New Verticals Growth & Enablement

Location: Remote

About the Team: The Growth and Enablement team focuses on improving Merchant selection and health. Our goal is for 100% of all New Vertical Merchants to be launched on DoorDash with their full selection. The G&E team is responsible for unlocking critical new features and functionality for our Merchants and internal Sales team. We lead numerous Merchant initiatives and product builds, including loyalty integrations, Merchant performance and financial reporting, selection analytics, invoicing and payment improvements, and internal Merchant onboarding enhancements.

About the Role: The Project Manager, Growth & Enablement, will collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales Compliance, Legal, and Go To Market teams to develop and implement Salesforce contract management processes and best practices. You will help streamline the onboarding process for our New Verticals Sales teams at DoorDash, ensuring solutions are scalable and intuitive. A successful Project Manager will develop strong cross-functional relationships, understand obstacles in existing processes at a granular level, and own the Product Roadmap for Growth & Enablement Onboarding. Responsibilities include developing product requirement documents, internal training materials, and go-to-market plans for current and future features. This role requires excellent communication skills to speak with both technical and non-technical audiences. You will report to a Senior Manager within our Business Development organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Become the SME on internal Merchant onboarding processes and own process and product improvements in Salesforce.
  • Guide the strategic direction of the onboarding process, including developing product milestones.
  • Lead multiple cross-functional workstreams across teams such as S&O, Product, Engineering, Business Development, Go To Market, and Accounting.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment with top talent at DoorDash.
Qualifications
  • 3+ years experience in product/project management, with leadership skills in cross-functional teams.
  • 2+ years experience working with Salesforce, understanding platform hierarchies and processes.
  • Proven ability to develop product strategies and go-to-market plans.
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills, with experience leading meetings and preparing updates for diverse audiences.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in managing multiple workstreams.
  • Analytical skills to report on key metrics and analyze program results.
  • Problem-solving skills, both independent and collaborative.
  • At least 3 years experience in project tracking and communicating with leadership, with a proactive approach to seeking help when needed.
