Job Description

To ensure the successful execution of the luxury villa extension project by monitoring contractor performance, maintaining quality standards, and managing project documentation and reporting. The PM plays a critical role in coordinating with hotel operations and keeping all stakeholders informed to ensure smooth project delivery with minimal disruption.

• Monitor contractor progress and ensure alignment with the master schedule.
• Conduct quality checks and site inspections for CSA and MEP works.
• Manage and track contractor submittals, RFIs, and shop drawings.
• Prepare and submit regular reports (daily logs, weekly updates, monthly progress).
• Maintain and update the risk register and issue logs.
• Coordinate closely with hotel operations to minimize disruption.
• Facilitate contractor meetings and document minutes.
• Support the Project Lead in stakeholder communication and decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in site-based project management.
• Strong understanding of CSA and MEP systems.
• Proficiency in project scheduling tools (Primavera P6 or MS Project).
• Experience with quality assurance and safety protocols.
• Detail-oriented and proactive in identifying and resolving issues.
• Strong communicator with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
• Calm under pressure and adaptable to changing site conditions.
• Collaborative and respectful in team environments.
• Committed to high standards of quality and safety.
