We’re Hiring a Project Manager – Grid International Projects!

Ready to lead international renewable energy projects and shape the grid of tomorrow? We’re looking for a skilled Project Manager to oversee grid connection activities for wind and solar projects across multiple countries.

Location : Flexible within Europe (Hybrid / Remote options available)

Contract Type : Full-time, Permanent

Sector : Renewable Energy – Wind & Solar

Your Responsibilities :

• Manage the full cycle of grid connection processes for wind and solar projects – from pre-construction through to commissioning.
• Serve as the primary interface with TSOs, DSOs, EPC contractors, and internal teams regarding grid compliance and technical execution.
• Coordinate technical design reviews, impact studies, and permitting documentation.
• Monitor progress, budgets, and timelines, ensuring alignment with international and local standards.
• Support risk identification and develop mitigation plans.
• Contribute to process improvement and standardization across projects and regions.
• Prepare reports, documentation, and presentations for both internal and external audiences.
• Identify lessons learned across projects and integrate best practices.
• Participate in developing group-wide strategies for grid compliance and interconnection efficiency.

Project Support & Documentation :

• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and ensure traceability of technical decisions.
• Ensure timely and transparent communication across stakeholders.

What We’re Looking For :

Education :

Degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Systems, or a related technical field.

Experience :

At least 5 years of experience managing grid-related activities in renewable energy (wind, solar, or hybrid).

Skills :

• In-depth knowledge of HV / MV infrastructure, grid codes, and interconnection processes.
• Experience in managing complex, cross-border projects.
• Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Fluent in English; French, Spanish, or German are a plus.
• Willingness to travel internationally when needed.
