A leading financial services organization in Paris is seeking a Project Manager to lead strategic initiatives. The role involves managing cross-functional projects, collaborating with various stakeholders, and ensuring smooth project delivery. Ideal candidates will have strong governance skills, project management experience, and knowledge of financial markets.
I am currently working with a very interesting client in Paris, looking for a Project Manager to lead the end-to end delivery of strategic initiatives within a leading financial services environment. This role is focused on driving cross-functional projects across derivatives, trading / post trading operations.
Working on the project roadmap consists in ensuring that projects are properly prioritised and delivered in the group project governance, preparing relevant committees including prioritisation proposals, and providing visibility on project milestones. You will work with key stakeholders on projects across the organisation, as well as coordinating design meetings with Heads of Departments and then providing the results to the Global Head.
The Project Manager will build bridges, manage risks, structure solid governance and ensure smooth implementation.
Supporting transformation initiatives such as change management, training, and continuous improvement across the trading service and derivatives space.
Track IT delivery, with or without an IT PM, depending on the size and complexity of the project : specifications, sizing, timeline, development, test, dress rehearsals, implementation;
Collaborate with Sales and Operations teams to build a client tracker, and identify the client journey and sales milestones to secure the project;
