Responsibilities of the Engineering Project Manager
  1. Lead and manage engineering projects, defining scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  2. Develop detailed project plans, set timelines, allocate resources, and monitor progress.
  3. Facilitate effective communication among team members and stakeholders; oversee design, construction, and equipment validation activities.
  4. Identify and resolve project issues, risks, and conflicts proactively.
  5. Maintain a strong understanding of manufacturing processes, equipment, and technologies to foster process improvements and innovation.
  6. Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and internal policies throughout project cycles.
  7. Manage project budgets, track expenses, and report progress to senior management.
  8. Create a collaborative environment that promotes creativity, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  9. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining quality and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications

We are looking for candidates who:

  • Hold a Master’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Have proficiency in English and technical communication skills.
  • Possess relevant experience in project management within manufacturing environments, with proficiency in related software and tools.
  • Have solid knowledge of engineering principles, manufacturing processes, and industry standards.
  • Exhibit excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Can manage cross-functional teams effectively and drive project success.
  • Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Are results-oriented with keen attention to detail.
