The Project Management Department executes complex projects for Air Liquide Advanced Technologies' Business Units, covering areas like space, deep cryogenics, new energies, and cross-environment applications.

As a Project Manager, you will be involved in proposal development and ensure successful project delivery respecting safety, quality, compliance, cost, deadlines, and customer satisfaction.

You will ensure risk management (technical, contractual, financial, scheduling) and adherence to internal rules (Industrial Management System, Quality Processes), while fostering a results-oriented mindset, feasibility, and optimized project execution.

You will lead and motivate the project team, promoting collaboration, commitment to project goals, and high performance.

You will interact daily with departments involved in project execution, such as Design Office, Purchasing, Suppliers, Subcontractors, Manufacturing, Import/Export, Finance, and Contract Management.

Are you a MATCH?

You hold a higher technical degree (Bac+5) and have proven experience managing complex EPC projects internationally, either turnkey or large-scale engineering (>€20M), with good project management practices.

You possess strong skills in contractual management, claims negotiation, planning, risk management, financial control, and leading multicultural, multidisciplinary teams.

Your background includes experience in large industry, energy, Oil & Gas, biogas, or infrastructure sectors.
