What we offer:
The Project Management Department executes complex projects for Air Liquide Advanced Technologies' Business Units, covering space, deep cryogenics, new energies, and cross-environment applications.
As a Project Manager, you will contribute to proposal development and ensure their successful execution respecting safety, quality, compliance, cost, schedule, and customer satisfaction.
You will ensure risk management (technical, contractual, financial, planning) and adherence to internal rules (Industrial Management System, Quality Processes), while focusing on results, feasibility, and optimizing project execution.
You will manage the project team functionally, fostering a collaborative spirit, motivating team commitment to project objectives, and ensuring high performance.
You will interact daily with various departments involved in project execution, including Design Office, Purchasing, suppliers, subcontractors, Manufacturing, Import/Export, Finance, and Contract Management.
Are you a MATCH?
With a higher technical education (Master's level, Bac+5), you have proven experience managing complex EPC projects internationally, turnkey or large-scale engineering (>€20M), and are familiar with best project management practices.
You possess strong skills in contractual management, claims negotiation, planning, risk control, financial oversight, and managing multicultural, multidisciplinary teams.
Your background spans industries such as large-scale manufacturing, energy, Oil & Gas, biogas, or infrastructure.
Working on future markets, this enriching experience will enhance your interpersonal, transverse management, and project leadership skills.
Fluent English is mandatory.
