*Team*

We are searching for a highly qualified project manager to help our customers deploy LumApps Solution successfully. As a project manager, your role will be to coordinate people and processes to ensure successful project delivery. You will be part of the Professional Services team (comprising 15 experts) and report to our PM Manager, acting as the go-to person for project organization and timeline management, developing detailed project plans, ensuring resource availability, and delivering projects on time, within scope and budget.

*Missions*

- Lead projects from requirements definition through deployment, including scheduling, scope, budget estimation, and risk mitigation.

- Coordinate internal and external resources to adhere to scope, schedule, and budget.

- Analyze project status and revise scope, schedule, or budget as needed.

- Establish and maintain relationships with relevant client stakeholders, providing daily contact on project status and changes.

- Ensure customer satisfaction throughout deployment and coordinate with the Customer Success Management team for internal handovers.

Responsibilities:

- Manage scope during the project lifecycle, set quality and performance standards, and assess risks.

- Contribute to continuous improvement to secure project delivery and customer satisfaction.

- Coordinate project resources to ensure efficiency and maximize deliverables.

- Report project outcomes and risks to management and escalate issues as necessary.

*Skills*

- Four or more years of project management experience.

- Experience deploying web technologies and software platforms for usability.

- Strong focus on deadlines and budgets.

- Proven success working with all management levels.

- Customer relationship skills.

- Fluent in French and proficient in English

Preferred skills and qualifications:

- Experience deploying SaaS solutions.

- Familiarity with collaborative tools like Teams, Klaxoon, Miro, Notion.

- Knowledge or interest in digital workplaces.
