Job Title: Project Manager

Reports To: Head of Projects and Design

Job Type: Full-time

Start Date: Immediately

Role Purpose:

  • Ensure Cove onboard quality properties and have them ready by the agreed timeline, within proper capex budgets.
  • Lead ad-hoc projects involving cross-functional teams, as assigned and necessary.

Responsibilities :

  • Visit shortlisted properties and analyze them from a building technical quality and operations perspective.
  • Review and calculate the capital expenditure budget during the property acquisition process.
  • Prepare properties for onboarding by liaising with Cove cross-functional teams and property owners to ensure all works and preparatory tasks are completed.
  • Lead and manage cross-functional teams involved in property preparation to meet deadlines.
  • Prepare and review detailed condition reports for each new property to document the state upon handover by the landlord.
  • Onboard new Cove properties, including arranging and supervising utility/service installations and preparing standardized household items.
  • Support ad-hoc operational works in resolving building technical problems if onboarding is delayed or not completed.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture Engineering.
  • 6+ years of experience in a Project Management role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and fluent in English.
  • Knowledge of low-rise/middle-rise building operational workflows and systems.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong time management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to demonstrate high teamwork levels.
  • Willingness to work over weekends if required.
