Key Responsibilities

As the Project Manager – Tenders & Onboarding Bank in Allianz’s Travel line of business, you will play a pivotal role in managing the integration process of new Bank business partners into Allianz.

In this role, you will coordinate all technology and change management efforts to ensure a seamless onboarding of Bank companies, integrating them with Allianz platforms and processes. During implementation, this role serves as the main interface between our business partners, technology teams, sales, and global business units.

You will report to the Head of Tenders, Onboarding & Project Management (TOP) for the Travel Line of Business and be part of a global TOP team responsible for end-to-end delivery of insurance product integration across over 40 business units worldwide.

This position offers a great opportunity to work within one of the world's largest insurance and financial services companies and collaborate with major travel partners.

Responsibilities

1. Coordinate and supervise the implementation of business partners, working across sales, business units, and technology.
2. Engage proactively with sales to facilitate cross-functional team efforts in creating high-quality tenders and proposals.
3. Manage the entire onboarding journey, including API integration, platform enhancements, product configuration, testing, and implementation.
4. Coordinate testing and validation activities.
5. Monitor and report on progress, risks, and issues, developing effective remediation plans.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in thought leadership, planning, reporting, project management, decision-making, escalation management, change management, and stakeholder engagement.
• University degree or equivalent in Business, Computer Science, or related fields.
• Experience working in an international environment.
• Self-driven, organized, able to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
• Experience in IT development roles such as PM, PO, BA, or QA.
• Ability to build trust and manage stakeholders.
• Enthusiastic learner, eager to acquire new skills and face new challenges.
• Cross-cultural awareness.
• Fluent in English; additional language skills (French or German) are a plus.
