Greenvolt Next France is seeking a Project Manager to join our team. The Project Manager will be responsible for the successful execution of projects, ensuring contractual objectives are met while maintaining good relationships with stakeholders.

Key Accountabilities

Study Phase (Pre- and Post-Sales):

• Coordinate with the Design Office to analyze photovoltaic potential and propose relevant technical solutions.
• Supervise external service providers (architects, topographical surveys, soil studies, utility detection, asbestos diagnostics, etc.) in collaboration with the Design Office, Procurement, and Site Manager.

Development Phase:

• Initiate, negotiate, and secure urban planning permits with urban planning services, architects, and the DREAL.
• Monitor procedures related to grid connection, liaising with distribution network operators, project teams, and the Design Office to secure feed-in tariffs or self-consumption premiums.
• Understand and implement contractual and legal conditions (contracts, lease options, etc.).
• Coordinate the preparation of applications for feed-in tariffs or additional remuneration based on project type.
• Develop detailed project schedules in coordination with stakeholders.

Construction Phase:

• Act as the project owner representative during construction.
• Supervise and draft specifications and consultation documents (DCE), including contractual clauses.
• Select suppliers for photovoltaic plant construction and operation.
• Ensure QHSE, cost, and deadline compliance during construction, up to commissioning and grid connection, maintaining budget and schedule.
• Coordinate with technical teams, suppliers, control bodies, and safety agencies.
• Organize plant commissioning.

Operation Phase:

• Manage the operational phase until all contractual obligations are fulfilled.

Qualifications

• University degree in Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in similar roles.
• Solid knowledge of the energy market.
• Proven experience in construction project management.
• Strong leadership, agility, sense of responsibility, and proactivity.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
