ThunderSoft is seeking a candidate based in France to manage client relationships and project coordination. The role requires fluency in both Chinese and French, with strong communication and team management skills. Responsibilities include acting as a primary contact for clients, organizing meetings, and identifying new business opportunities.

The ideal candidate is proactive and results-oriented, comfortable working from home with regular client visits.

Qualifications

• Experience managing teams and coordinating directly with clients.
• Familiar with outsourcing business models and service delivery.
• Understanding of local labor regulations is highly preferred.

Responsabilités

• Maintain strong working relationships with clients and subcontractors.
• Act as the main point of contact for client requirements and issues.
• Coordinate cross-functional resources to ensure project delivery.
• Organize project meetings and prepare meeting minutes.
• Support the supervisor with project-related tasks.
• Manage on-site client personnel when required.
• Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts.

Job Responsibilities

• Maintain strong working relationships with clients and subcontractors
• Act as the main point of contact for client requirements, issues, and progress tracking
• Coordinate internal and cross-functional resources to ensure projects are delivered on schedule
• Organize project meetings, prepare meeting minutes, and follow up on action items
• Support the direct supervisor with professional project-related tasks and administrative work
• Manage on-site client personnel when required
• Identify and explore potential new business opportunities within existing client accounts

Requirements

• Fluent in Chinese and French (both written and spoken)
• Positive, proactive, and results-oriented personality with strong communication skills
• Comfortable working in a home-based setup with regular client visits
• Basic knowledge of local labor laws and employment processes in France is preferred
