As part of the establishment and structuring of a subsidiary in France, we are looking for an autonomous and versatile Schedule Manager, capable of managing day-to-day operations while playing an active role in talent sourcing, qualification, and coordination.
This position is intended for a hands-on, pragmatic, solution-oriented professional, comfortable in startup / scale-up environments, and able to take initiative and operate with a high level of autonomy.
Key Responsibilities
Planning & Schedule Management
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules for complex data center construction projects.
- Define and track milestones, critical path, and key deliverables.
- Monitor schedule progress and issue regular status reports to project teams and senior management.
- Propose and implement mitigation plans when deviations are identified.
Stakeholder Coordination
- Coordinate with internal teams across multiple countries (France, Ireland, and project sites).
- Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to align planning inputs and constraints.
- Facilitate schedule review meetings and ensure timely updates from all parties.
- Identify schedule risks and proactively raise issues with project leadership.
- Produce clear and accurate planning dashboards and reporting documents.
- Contribute to lessons learned and continuous improvement of planning processes.
Structuring & Tools
- Implement and standardize planning tools, templates, and methodologies across projects.
- Support the structuring of the French entity’s project management capabilities.
- Active contribution to the organization’s operational maturity in a scale-up context.
Required Skills and Experience
- Proven experience in project scheduling within construction, infrastructure, or data center projects.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 and/or MS Project (mandatory).
- Experience in an international environment and ability to work across time zones and cultures.
- Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills – able to translate complex schedule data into clear messages for stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel frequently across Europe
